TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your subscription and the use of the newsletters sent to you by NitiNyaya Law Offices (hereby referred to as “the firm”).
1.2 By subscribing to the newsletters, you agree to receive email and other communications from us.
1.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the firm relating to the subject matter – “Newsletter Subscription”.
1.4 Any notices or updates required to be provided to you under these Terms may be made via email.
2. NEWSLETTER
2.1 The firm’s newsletter service is to keep you informed about the events, news, updates, interviews, and developments in the field of Law.
2.2 The newsletter and its content is provided for information purposes only. The content in the newsletter is not and should not be regarded as any form of legal advice. The material provided in the newsletter has not been prepared by taking into account the particular objectives, situations, or needs of any individual users.
2.3 While the firm uses reasonable efforts to ensure that the information included in the newsletter is accurate and up to date, it does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or completeness of the information provided.
3. MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
3.1 You can stop your subscription to our service at any time. If you wish to stop your subscription, reply to the email address that the newsletter is sent from with the title “Unsubscribe” in the heading.
3.2 The firm reserves all rights to remove you from the subscription list without any information or notice if found in breach of the terms and conditions.
3.3 The frequency of the newsletter will be monthly.
3.4 You agree that you are responsible for providing correct and accurate details while subscribing to the “NitiNyaya Law Offices Newsletter” list and that any errors made in typing or providing your details could result in failed delivery of your newsletter.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
4.1 The information contained in the newsletter may be supplied to you freely from the public domain or is the opinion and work of the author. You shall not: (i) copy, reproduce, modify, or transmit the content of the newsletter without the prior written consent from the firm; and (ii) sell or exploit any portion of the Newsletter.
4.2 You recognise that the firm is the sole copyright holder of the content including photos, pictures, and logos that are mentioned in the newsletter.
4.3 Newsletter may include trademarks or logos which are protected by law. You must not use those trademarks or logos in India or internationally without prior written consent.
4.4 The use of content including photos, pictures, and logos without prior information will invite injunctive relief and compensation or damages to the firm.
5. PRIVACY
5.1 By subscribing to our service you agree that personal information including your name, email address, and any other details you provide with your subscription will be collected and stored by us and used for the process of managing your subscription.
5.2 We will not sell or pass on your subscription details to a third party unless required to do so by law.

6. LIABILITY
6.1 In no event, the firm is liable for the actions that are taken by you based on the content of the newsletter.
6.2 The firm would have no liability whatsoever in case of any kind of damage or injury upon the recipient of the newsletter due to any viruses being transmitted to his/her electronic device(s) through the newsletter or any attachments being provided via email by the firm.
7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms will be governed by the laws of India. Further, the courts at New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction for all matters arising out of or in connection with these Terms and you agree to irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
8. AMENDMENTS
The firm reserves the right, at any time and from time to time, to amend, modify, revise, update, suspend or otherwise change these Terms without prior notice to you. If any such alteration constitutes a material change to these Terms, the firm will notify you of such amendments by way of registered email and other registered electronic communications.
9. DECLARATION
By subscribing to the newsletters, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
