Litigation Services pertaining to cheque dishonour includes

Issuance of the Statutory Notice within thirty (30) days from the date of dishonour followed by a criminal complaint to the Judicial Magistrate/Metropolitan Magistrate

Suit for recovery of the amount of the cheque shall be filed along with the cost and interest.  Criminal Complaint can also be filed. However, before the filing of the complaint, we shall serve the statutory notice to the party for payment of the cheque amount, we files that complaint on behalf of the pleader on the Power of Attorney.
