At NitiNyaya, we believe in the concept of “preventive litigation” and “preventive lawyering”. It is aptly said:
“Mediate and conciliate, don’t litigate.”
The disputes can be settled outside court by way of arbitration, mediation and conciliation.
Arbitration: Arbitration is a dispute settlement process in which an impartial third party is appointed to study the dispute and hear both the parties to arrive at a decision binding on both the parties. An arbitrator has the power to enforce his own decision. Prior agreement between the arbitrator and the party at dispute is required.
Mediation and Conciliation: In Mediation and Conciliation, a third party will assist in the process of problem solving. They do not have the power to enforce their own decisions. Prior agreement is not required.
We charge Sum of Rupees Ten Thousand (INR 10,000/-) Only per hour as consultation fees which is adjusted in the final fees.
We provide free legal aid to indigents .
We encourage frank and open discussion about our fees with each client at the time of the first meeting.
We charge from our clients on an hourly basis, per hearing basis or lump-sum amount, varying from case to case basis which excludes travel expenses ,fees towards engaging Senior Counsel and fees to be paid in engaging Counsel outside Delhi.
The legal fees is kept very reasonable ,however it may vary due to change in circumstances.
No, the miscellaneous expenses are included in the fee-structure itself and there are no separate charges for such expenses.
The time taken for adjudication varies from case to case . There are many factors within the scope of the court’s schedule. We ensure that all deadlines are met on our part to ensure expeditious disposal of the case.
Yes, Limitation Law provides time limit to file a lawsuit or claim, which will prevent an otherwise viable claim to be extinguished if it is not filed in time. Therefore, it is important to contact us as soon as possible after you have been injured or there is any infringement of any right.
Two way communication is very important in advocate-client relationship. Usually, we communicate with our clients through email or phone. Regular contact with you is critical in order to provide updates on your matter and obtain your further instructions.
It is often difficult to quantify a party’s chances of winning because of many variables involved. We cannot guarantee an outcome of the case because it may vary from case to case. We can guarantee our efforts only and not the outcome.

Because of it, you can disclose all facts pertaining to your potential case without fear that prejudicial information will be made public.
As a client, you will be expected to be honest and responsive about your potential case and restrain yourself from concealing or making baseless and fabricated stories to your Advocate. Also, you will be the one who will decide the general direction of your matter. As your Advocate, our job is to represent you in the lawsuit or provide you with legal advice on different options available to take your case forward, including the pros, cons and costs associated with each. We will usually make a recommendation but the final decision will be yours. We will then provide legal services necessary to carry out your instructions.
